Once a claim is submitted, you will receive a notification email and text with your claim number and the next steps required to progress in the claims process.

Our aim is to get everything sorted out as soon as possible – it’s just better for everyone involved. However, there can be instances where more time is needed to conduct further investigations, repair larger scale damage or allow for legal proceedings.

Rest assured, we will always keep you and all parties in the loop and up-to-date.

How to submit a claim
